CEREC® One-Visit Crowns
Patients visited the dentist multiple times to have a crown placed in the past. It used to be normal for a patient to walk around for weeks with an unattractive shaved-down tooth or an unreliable, temporary crown. Thankfully, Dr. Jordan can now use CAD/CAM technology to digitally design your custom crown in minutes.

Bonding & Sealants
Composite bonding resin is a white, tooth-colored material that can be shaded to match your teeth. This material can give you a low-cost improvement in your smile. Normal pits and grooves on the chewing surfaces of back teeth can trap food that can’t easily be removed with brushing. A sealant is a tough, tooth-colored material that is designed to bond to tooth enamel. These sealants are painted onto the tooth surface to seal these pits and grooves and protect against decay.

Our use of digital x-ray technology reduces your radiation exposure and eliminates the use of chemicals. It’s better for you and the environment. It’s also easy for you to see what the doctor sees. Your digital x-ray can be seen on a computer screen located next to your dental chair. This helps you understand your needs and make informed choices about your treatment.

Preventative Care

Dr. Jordan recommends a routine care appointment every six months which will include a teeth cleaning, routine digital x-rays, and oral exam. Since good oral health protects your overall health, please call us today if it’s been longer than six months since your last dental appointment.
Root Canal
Root canal therapy is an excellent way to save a tooth that would otherwise die and need to be removed. After the procedure, the teeth that have had root canal therapy must be protected with a crown. This is mainly because teeth that have had the pulp removed are more susceptible to fracture.
Mercury-Free Fillings
The common silver filling contains mercury. Dr. Jordan’s practice uses the highest-quality biocompatible, tooth-colored restorations to create healthy, beautiful smiles. Since the composite material adheres directly to the tooth enamel, less preparation of the tooth is required before using it. This means it’s more durable and provides a more natural-looking result for your smile.
